Description

The UTTM is a group of highly accurate static rigidity test machines for MC, PC, TB and OTR tires. The high precision measurement table is used to measure all 3 forces and all 3 moments directly in the contact area of the tire. The tire is mounted on an axle that can be rotated in 4 (90°), 5 (72°) or 6 (60°) positions.
The tire is loaded onto a movable measuring table which can be moved in the X and Y direction and can also rotate around the Z axis. The UTTM can measure radial, lateral, longitudinal and torsional rigidity.
It can load tires up to 80 tons and complies with test standards such as GBT 23663-2009, GBT 4502-2009, ASM F1971, SAE J2705, SAEJ2704.
