Our technical departments design each part of the test bench in detail, including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems, as well as software development. The design is followed by the customer thanks to the sharing and approval phases: Preliminary Design Review and Critical Design Review.
The assembly of all systems and equipment is carried out entirely by our highly specialised staff. The Test Industry production cycle ends with an in-depth testing phase of the system, aimed at verifying the consistency of the project specifications.
The customer is invited to attend the testing phase for acceptance of the test bench: a crucial phase to obtain approval for shipment. During testing, the visiting customer’s staff are adequately trained on the use and maintenance of the machine.
Many of our machines are of the “plug & play” type and do not require the presence of our staff for installation, making start-up very quick and easy. However, where necessary, Test Industry makes its technical staff available for installation, reboot and training activities at the customer’s plant.
Adequate customer training is essential for correct use of the test bench. In addition to the instructions provided in the testing phase at our sites, Test Industry offers on-site training services or remote training, which can be customised according to the customer’s needs.
