Test benches for valves and distributors
Test Industry’s experience in valve test benches includes countless projects of types of machines, standard and custom, dedicated to production, endurance or laboratory testing.
Where required, the machines are equipped with complex electronics, with communication via field bus protocols (e.g. CANbus), download and firmware management.
The Test Industry test benches can be designed to test on/off and proportional valves, for pressure, flow or direction control, with manual, hydraulic, pneumatic or electric control.

The test benches for valves and distributors can have different purposes:

End of production line test benches: from the simplest benches with manual loading of the piece up to 100% automated solutions with the use of anthropomorphic presses and robots.
Our team has also developed the TBV series of standard benches dedicated to production testing, with limited overall dimensions and high flexibility, available in various pressure levels and flow rates.
- Laboratory test benches: they include R&D test benches for characterisation tests and fatigue test benches to subject the valves to cyclic wear tests.
- Impulse test benches on valve sleeves and casings, at high pressure and high frequency, in accordance with the NFPA regulations.
- Leak test benches on distributor, tube and valve casing castings.
