A concrete commitment to create quality test benches with a sustainable approach
In our daily work we pursue only one purpose: to create quality test benchess through production that is attentive to the environment and to eco-sustainability. Test Industry undertakes to structure its processes to provide products and services characterised by a high quality level. At the same time, the company plans and implements concrete actions on sustainability aimed at creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
In our Group, quality is a principle second only to safety, which allows us to work more efficiently and minimise the risk of errors and defects in our products.
Test Industry has adopted a substantial, and not merely formal, approach to the pursuit of quality with a view to continuous improvement of the products and services offered.
All of the Group’s offices follow the quality management system defined by the international standard ISO 9001, and have all achieved the necessary steps to obtain the related ISO 9001:2015 certifications from third parties.
Test Industry is currently facing the integration between the Italian and German offices in order to obtain a joint group certification.

The path starts with the integration of ESG – Environmental, Social & Governance – principles within the corporate strategy, aimed at creating a Sustainability Plan that directs the Group’s action towards defined and achievable qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Test Industry’s commitment is inspired by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations 2030 Agenda, focusing in particular on certain areas considered priority by the Group and which have resulted in a first series of projects and initiatives to achieve the set goals.

Test Industry aims to minimise its environmental impact in the name of combating climate change.
Energy project
To achieve the energy self-sufficiency of our plants through:

The possible integration of green energy from renewable sources through purchase
Plastic-free project
For the minimisation of plastic waste through:

The implementation in all plants of drinking water dispensers and the consequent elimination of disposable bottles

Anti-corruption
project
Test Industry has embarked on a process aimed at adopting an Organisational Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. This decree involves the adoption of a set of protocols, which regulate and define the corporate structure and the management of its sensitive processes, aimed at reducing the risk of the committing of criminal offences.
