Description
Test bench for water heat exchangers performing impulse pressure fatigue and burst tests on components of various types and sizes.
The machine is built in stainless steel and provided with two test stations.
The test bench allows the connection of up to 10 components for a total volume of 30 liters (up to 5 components and up to 15 liters for each station).
The test bench performs the following tests:
– Impulse pressure fatigue test up to 200 bar and 70 lpm (at the same time, it’s possible to apply static pressurization on the secondary circuit of the heat exchanger up to 30 bar)
– Burst test up to 450 bar
– Internal leakages (detected by pressure transducer)
– External leakages (at the bottom of each component external leakages are collected on a tray equipped with a capacitive sensor)
