AIR LEAK TEST STAND FOR BATTERY TRAY

Automatic air leak test system with one loading station.

The leak test is performed to detect leaks in the main chamber using vacuum with pressure increase method, to reduce the instabilities given by the large volume and temperature variations.

The leak test system is equipped with a sliding fixture to allow the movement of the part from the load/unload position to the testing position and back.
