ROBOTIZED CELL FOR LEAK TEST OF CYLINDER HEADS

The system includes the complete sealing cell suitable for the processing of 2 types of heads at the same time.
It consists of an inlet roller conveyor, an anthropomorphic robot for loading-unloading, leak test benches and an objectification system with micro-dot marker.<br>
The test benches carry out both the leak test of all the circuits of the part (housing, water jacket, high pressure oil) and the flow test of the windows of the water jacket circuit to detect any partial obstructions.
