Description
The electric test bench described here is used for endurance testing of 2-4 drive shafts under driving loads, simulating realistic conditions such as geometric installation, steering angles, and loads encountered in car operation, crucial for analyzing joint function and lifespan.
Based on the 4-square principle, this design enables exceptional productivity and high energy efficiency, allowing simultaneous testing of up to four drive shafts (equivalent to 8 CVJ).
Parameters examined include rotational speed, torque, suspension simulation, steering angle, mounting position, wind simulation, joint temperature, and twist angle of each joint.
