HELIUM LEAK TEST BENCH FOR BATTERY TRAY

Automatic sniffing plant for leak testing of battery tray with 2 stations. Leak test is performed to detect leakage on welding areas by sniffing system with Helium. Specific sniffing route has been defined by 4 robots in specific welding areas. On the rework station a monitor will display the complete path done. Leakage spots will be highlighted in order to indicate where to rework.
