Description
The bench is made with an 8-stations rotating table architecture. The loading/unloading station is suitable for both manual or robot use.
In the first station, the leak test of the casting is carried out before performing the assembly of the components. There are 2 assembly stations with torque-angle screwdrivers and automatic feeders.
At the end of the assembly on the OK pieces, DMC marking is performed with a LASER system for complete traceability.
The compact size and the configuration with rotating table make the system suitable for use in a high-speed robotized cell.
