Description
The test stand designed to perform a wide range of end-of-line tests on hydraulic Steering Control Units, provided either with or without manifold, having displacement between 60 to 1000 cc/rev.
The SCU can have different type and positions of P, T, L, R and LS (when present) hydraulic ports and different clamping thread holes.
The test stand is provided with two asynchronous test stations, each provided with its own PC.
To avoid mistakes during adapters / hoses changeover, the test rig is provided with a Poka-Yoke system.
The SCU clamping is made through the use of automatic screw drivers.
