AUTOMATIC INLINE MACHINE FOR RUNOUT & UNBALANCE OF STEEL WHEELS

The machine is designed to work in production line at a high rate for 100% control of the rims. Dimensional measurements and unbalancing controls are performed in a single station or in 2 separate stations in series, always made with a granite frame that ensures high stability.
The line input and output interface modules can be configured to suit different layouts. Different marking systems can be integrated on the machine to indicate the points of maximum unbalance or 1st Harmonic HP-LP.
