AUTOMATIC INLINE MACHINE FOR RUNOUT & UNBALANCE OF PASSENGER-CAR AND TRUCK WHEELS

The machine is designed to work in production line for 100% control of rims. Dimensional measurements and unbalance controls are performed at a single work station made with a granite frame that ensures high stability. Optical and mechanical recognition systems allow the machine to process random wheels.
The line input and output interface modules can be configured to suit different layouts. The different marking systems can be integrated on the machine to indicate the points of maximum imbalance or harmonic.
